Our coffee beans are harvested in the mountains of the Quindio region, at an ideal altitude between 1,250 and 2,100 m.a.s.l. (4101-6889 f.a.s.l.), with rich volcanic soil and favorable climate. These unique conditions contribute to the exceptional quality of our coffee, giving it a distinctive flavor profile.

Our roasting process is an art created by our in-house artists (expert roasters). We use German roasters and specific dehydration and time-by-density techniques to maximize the potential of each bean.
