What's in the Box

My device was just working and now it cannot be powered on, am I doing something wrong?

If the device is unused for a long time, or powered off during low battery but then isn't charged in time, the battery enters into protection mode and you'll need to charge it to activate the battery.

I get a strange noise when in use, what could it be?

Most communication data is lost do to significant electromagnetic interference or because the transmission distance is too great. Try to cut the transmission distance in half. Additionally, you can switch to a channel with a different frequency.

Can you charge and play at the same time?

You can connect the receiver to charge and play at the same time.

Can I use with a portable Bluetooth speaker?

Any speaker with a 1/4" input can be used to pair with the transmitter. If no 1/4" input, you might require an adapter to meet your needs. Remember that utilizing an adapter could lead to poor performance.
