Can they be refilled with ink?

No. LOMENTICS 952XL ink cartridge combo pack black and color are not refillable products. We don't recommend customers to refill the cartridges to avoid not being able to use them properly.

What should I do if I receive a leaking ink cartridge?

If when you receive the ink cartridge you notice a leak, it is most likely due to impacts or compressions during transport. In this case, find us through the order page.

What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?

Remove and reinstall the cartridges, repeating 1-3 times. If the problem continues, gently clean the nozzle and chip using the provided cleaning wipe, then reinstall the cartridges.

What is the difference between 952 cartridges and 952XL cartridges?

There is no difference in appearance between the 952 and 952XL cartridges. XL capacity has a higher print page yield, which can help you save more money.
