Product description

Why isn‘t the fan turning on automatically when I set it to Summer Mode?

The fan will only activate when the air temperature inside your duct drops below the Summer Mode temperature you‘ve set.

New user quick reference: Set it to 80°F in Summer Mode. This covers about 98% of typical summer cooling scenarios.

Why isn’t the fan turning on automatically when I set it to Winter Mode?

The fan will only activate when the air temperature inside your duct rises above the Winter Mode temperature you‘ve set.

New user quick reference: Set it to 70°F in Winter Mode. This covers about 95% of typical winter heating scenarios.

The airflow feels weak in Auto Mode. What should I do?

Auto Mode is programmed to run at speeds 4–5 to keep noise levels low.

For stronger airflow, switch to Fan Mode, select a higher speed setting,

and use the timer function on your remote to shut it off automatically.

It‘s louder than I expected. What can I do?

Fan noise naturally becomes more noticeable at speed level 6 and above.

This is common for register booster fans and is difficult to fully avoid at higher speeds.

To reduce noise, stick to speed settings 1 through 5.

Why is my room still not comfortable even after the fan has been running for a while?

Here are steps you can try:

1. Set your HVAC thermostat lower when cooling (or higher when heating) to increase the temperature difference.

2. Partially close vents in rooms you use less often to redirect more airflow to the rooms that need it.
